ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on the customer’s location and the carrier’s service availability:

SHIPPING METHOD

SHIPPING COSTS

SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please double-check your address before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once order processing has begun.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, 8Motiv LLC has no direct control over the delivery process.
In the event of a delay, loss, or damage, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Replacement or refund is not guaranteed and is subject to carrier investigation results, insured shipping coverage (if selected), and our verification process.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and include photographic evidence by email.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion after verifying the claim.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
INSURED SHIPPING – EXTRA PROTECTION FOR YOUR ORDER
For added peace of mind, we offer optional Insured Shipping, which protects your order against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
The cost of insured shipping will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Claims under insured shipping must be submitted through the designated claims portal or customer service channel and are subject to the terms and conditions of the protection provider.
For uninsured shipments, 8Motiv LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS & DESTINATION RESTRICTIONS
Fragrance products contain alcohol and are classified as hazardous materials.
Shipping availability may vary by destination and carrier regulations.
8Motiv LLC reserves the right to cancel or restrict shipments to certain countries or regions and to change shipping methods or carriers to comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION & HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
Failure to accept or sign for a package does not constitute grounds for a refund.
FORCE MAJEURE
8Motiv LLC shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, airline cargo restrictions, customs seizures, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
TITLE TRANSFER & RISK OF LOSS
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
