Olivier Creed was a legendary French master perfumer and the sixth-generation descendant of James Henry Creed, founder of The House of Creed in 1760. Born in Nice in 1943, Olivier served as the guardian and leader of one of perfumery's most storied heritages spanning 260+ years. He embodied the philosophy of bespoke creation, merging British tailoring precision with French Haute Perfumerie traditions. His approach emphasized the use of the rarest natural ingredients, hand-weighed and aged to perfection. Olivier Creed passed away in July 2026, leaving behind an extraordinary legacy of artisanal excellence.
