He began his career in the 1980s and currently serves as a senior perfumer at CFF Creative Fragrances & Flavours (part of KEVA group). An accomplished olfaction trainer, Novati creates fragrances characterized by harmonic contrasts between introspection and warmth, with expertise in iris, incense, amber, and aged woods.
